HIMS vault

For people who already hold the stock: deposit it, the vault posts sell orders above the Friday close over the weekend and buys back Monday. You keep stock exposure you already had; no USDG fee.

Only MetaVault (experimental, coming later) can deposit here. Its weekly picker, replayed with only the data it would have had, did not pick HIMS before the 29 Aug spike. Separate accounting: it never shapes a community depositor's risk.
